Most of the attorneys in the workers' compensation practice group at Troubh Heisler have worked together for approximately twenty years. We have long represented many of the state's largest employers and insurers in controversies relating to workers' compensation law. Our attorneys have the expertise and experience necessary to protect the interests of our clients facing claims under the Maine Workers' Compensation Act and the U.S. Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act.
