Troubh Heisler proudly serves as legal counsel to towns, cities, and counties; municipal and state labor unions; and individual government employees. We also represent individual and business clients in a variety of areas relating to government regulation. Bill Troubh, for instance, was instrumental in the establishment of the Portland Sea Dogs Baseball Team, an undertaking that required extensive navigation through local, state, and federal regulations. Our firm still serves as legal counsel to the Sea Dogs today.
